These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Coyote Creek Golf Carts. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to the terms below.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products, specifications, features, compatibility, pricing, and availability.

Product appearance, packaging, specifications, and included components may occasionally vary or be updated by the manufacturer without notice.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time.

PRICING & ORDERS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or other errors and to cancel or adjust an order if incorrect information was displayed at the time of purchase.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or inability to fulfill the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

PRODUCT FITMENT

Many golf cart products are specific to the cart's year, make, model, seating configuration, or existing equipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when requested.

Product compatibility may vary based on modifications previously made to the cart. If you are unsure whether a product will fit your golf cart, please contact Coyote Creek Golf Carts before ordering.

INSTALLATION

Some products require professional installation, electrical knowledge, programming, modification, or additional components depending on the golf cart.

Unless installation is specifically included with the purchase, products are sold as merchandise only and installation is not included.

Coyote Creek Golf Carts is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, unauthorized modification, or installation performed by another party.

Professional installation may be available separately for customers in our Arizona service area.

ELECTRICAL & LITHIUM PRODUCTS

Golf cart batteries, chargers, controllers, displays, lighting systems, audio equipment, and other electrical products must be installed and used according to the applicable manufacturer instructions.

Certain golf carts may require additional wiring, programming, adapters, mounting components, or modifications that are not included with the original product unless specifically stated.

Customers should verify compatibility before installation.

WARRANTIES

Many products sold by Coyote Creek Golf Carts are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty terms, duration, registration requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures are determined by the individual manufacturer.

Coyote Creek Golf Carts may assist customers with warranty information when applicable, but manufacturer warranty coverage is ultimately subject to the manufacturer's terms and approval.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing or installing merchandise, particularly electrical, electronic, lithium battery, custom-order, and cart-specific products.

SHIPPING

Shipping, delivery, tracking, damaged shipments, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Coyote Creek Golf Carts sells products manufactured by various third-party brands. Product names, trademarks, logos, and other brand identifiers belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coyote Creek Golf Carts will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper installation, modification, misuse, or operation of products purchased through our store.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
